Ordering tapestries – how to order your wall tapestry online, with notes about the shipping of tapestry orders for delivery worldwide. Please contact us with any questions.
To order an item, click on the desired image. This will show a larger image with description, sizes and prices. You will see the shopping cart logo.
Click on this logo to add the item to your shopping cart. Once you have selected all the required items click on ‘Confirm order’. Then complete and submit the secure online order form with your information which will be confidentially encrypted. This enables payment by Visa or Mastercard or you can use PayPal. Visa and Mastercard orders are not charged until the day we ship to you. PayPal payments are processed upon receipt of the order due to slow processing times (they do not release funds to us for 5 – 7 business days). We also accept payment by bank draft, wire transfer, certified cheque, or (Canada only) Interac email money transfer.
For non-returnable orders we accept payment by bank draft, wire transfer, certified cheque, or (Canada only) Interac email money transfer. We will send you an invoice and explain these simple processes if you are unfamiliar with it. (Your shopping cart will still ask for Visa or Mastercard details so please supply them in order to complete the order process even though we will not make any such charge – the shopping cart does not know this.)
Email your order to [email protected]. We will need full particulars of your order requirements, your name, address, telephone number and full credit card information. Select economy or express shipping. You can safely email credit card information by sending the first 8 numbers, your name and the CSV numbers on one email, and then the last 8 numbers and the expiry date on a second email. Alternatively you can pay via PayPal. We will confirm receipt of these and will later confirm the tapestry shipping.

We can assist you by telephone with any questions though your order should be made on the online shopping cart or by email since our credit card processing company requires us to have a hard copy of all orders.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, certified cheque, wire transfer, bank draft, or (Canada only) Interac email money transfer. All prices are in US$. See notes above for further information.
No sales taxes apply except for deliveries to Canada where GST is charged and to British Columbia where GST and PST are charged.
Shipping of tapestries
Orders are generally shipped within a few days (often on the same day) to allow time for the finishing work (adding the lining and rod pocket). We will advise you if there will be any delay.
There are two shipping options, standard (ground/surface) and express (rates are in US$).
Shipping to USA and Canada
Order value: up to $150 express shipping cost is $15
$151 – $350 cost is $20
$351 – $650 cost is $25
$651 – $1,000 cost is $30
$1,001 – $1,500 cost is $35
$1,501 – $2,500 cost is $80 (courier)
Over $2,500 cost is $100 (courier)
Shipping to the rest of the world
Order value up to $150 shipping cost is $19
$151 to $1,500 cost is $29
Over $1,501 cost is $95 (courier)
Please ask us for a quote since the cost varies according to the weight and value of your tapestry order as well as your location.
Insurance is included. However mail service is uninsurable to some countries, mostly African or Asian, so these require a more expensive courier service – we will advise you if this is applicable.
Approximate delivery times are below. The times below reflect the shipping times from the date we send an item, not the date of your order. (“Days” refers to business days.) You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order which will indicate the estimated shipping date. We will keep you informed and provide tracking information when applicable (not on all smaller orders).

Our returns guarantee
If the tapestry is not suitable you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, less outward shipping. This does not apply to non-returnable items. They must be odour-free. Call us for a returns authorization number – this must be placed on the outside of the package and it is imperative that you also write clearly on the package “Goods returned to original supplier”. We charge no restocking or return fee but you are responsible for all return costs. Returns must be made by regular surface mail service only, not by Express service, UPS or another courier.
