Tapestry Description

Musical Interlude tapestry

Francois Boucher tapestries

The Musical Interlude tapestry is from the 18th century Noble Pastorales tapestries by Francois Boucher, the Court Painter of Louis XV and director of the royal tapestry workshops at Beauvais. Today it is woven in Italy in 75% cotton and 25% acrylic and is lined. The tapestry is finished with a rod pocket for easy wall-hanging – we supply hanging information with each order.

The larger size is on sale due to being over-stocked: 65″x81″ reduced from US$675 to US$499 (illustrated here).
