Tapestry Description

Garden of Delight Agapanthus

Eden tapestries

The Garden of Delight Agapanthus tapestry is from a group of tapestries from a panorama painted in 1861 originally called “Eden”, later used as a wallpaper. There are three horizontal landscapes and two vertical wall tapestries: this Acapanthus which is the left side of the full Garden of Delight tapestry and the Amaryllis (right). They would form a stunning pair hanging together.

Today this fine wall tapestry is woven in France in a high quality 95% cotton weave. It is lined, with a rod pocket for easy hanging. We enclose information about hanging tapestries with your order.
