These tapestries show a scene inspired by the lake in Claude Monet’s gardens at Giverny in Normandy, France – not from a Monet painting but from a modern artist, beautifully illustrating the Monet’s lake which can be visited today.
This Monet tapestries is available in one size without the border. It is woven in Belgium in 89% cotton and 11% polyester in a thicker tightly woven yarn which gives fullness and depth yet with fine detailing. We enjoy its slight three-dimensional element. This Belgian wall tapestry is lined, with a rod pocket – we enclose instructions to hang a tapestry with your order. Please note that this large size (80″high x 87″ wide) is non-returnable.
