The Alphonse Mucha Nights Rest tapestry, Repos de la Nuit, is from Mucha’s Times of the Day colour lithographs of 1899. These Belgian Art Nouveau tapestries have glorious character and quality; this one shows the night scene of a lady resting. These Mucha tapestries are woven in Belgium in a thick yet tight weave of 91% cotton, 9% polyester and lined, with a rod pocket for easy wall-hanging. We supply instructions for the care and hanging of tapestries with each order.
