The Triumph of Flora tapestry is, in our opinion, the finest of our Francois Boucher tapestry wall hangings. Boucher was Court Painter to Louis XV and Director of the royal tapestry weaving workshops at Beauvais, being immensely influential on the arts of his day and beyond.
The Triumph of Flora tapestry is magnificently woven in Belgium in a thicker yet tightly woven yarn of 78% cotton, 14% wool and 8% polyester and is lined, with a rod pocket for easy hanging. We provide information about how to hang a tapestry with every order.
