The Quest for the Holy Grail tapestry detail is the left half of the Quest for the Holy Grail tapestry. This is also known as The Arming and Departure of the Knights tapestry, is from the Quest for the Holy Grail tapestries series by Edward Burne-Jones. It was designed in 1895-6 and woven by Morris & Co at Merton Abbey. William Morris and John Henry Dearle also designed elements of the series, also known as the San Graal tapestries.
