The Garden of Delight tapestry
French wallhanging
The Garden of Delight tapestry is a fine French wallhanging from a wallpaper design of 1861 called, rather appropriately, “Eden”. Additionally, it is available as two vertical tapestries featuring the Agapanthus (left) and the Amaryllis (right) – This new version does not have any brown edging.
Today this tapestry is woven in France in a 95% cotton weave using several high quality weaving techniques. It is lined, with a rod pocket for easy wall-hanging – we supply tapestry hanging information with your order.
