Garden of Delight Amaryllis tapestry
Pair of tapestries
The Garden of Delight Amaryllis tapestry is from a group of high quality tapestries from a painting of 1861 originally called “Eden” and later used as a wallpaper. There are three horizontal landscapes and two vertical tapestries: this Amaryllis which is the right side of the full Garden of Delight tapestry and the Agapanthus (left). They would form a stunning pair of tapestries hanging together.
Today this fine tapestry is woven in France in an exceptional 95% cotton weave and it is lined, with a rod pocket for easy wall-hanging. We enclose instructions about how to hang a tapestry with your order.
