The Kiss by Gustav Klimt is clearly one of our most popular Art Nouveau tapestries; or indeed of any styles. Here is a square tapestry version, as was the original painting of 1908-09 in gold leaf and oil. The two lovers embrace in a pose remarkably similar to the Francesco Hayez painting The Kiss.
This French wall tapestry has an excellent everyday price, woven in 55% cotton, 45% polyester and is enhanced by the golden fibers used to give this tapestry sparkle. The tapestry is lined, with a rod pocket for easy hanging – we provide tapestry hanging information with each order.
