The Lion tapestry wallhanging is a detail from the the Lady with the Unicorn tapestries at the Cluny Museum in Paris. The lion stands holding the raised banner of Jean le Viste. It is set within a mille fleurs (thousand flowers) background with trees and small animals. This French medieval tapestry is woven in 98% cotton and is lined with a rod pocket for easy hanging.
