The Gardens at Lake Como tapestry is from a late 18th century tapestry scene at Lake Como in northern Italy. The terrace and gardens are those of the Villa d’Este Estate: peaceful gardens which can still be visited today. It is woven in Italy (in the Lake Como region) in 75% cotton and 25% viscose. Like all these Italian wall tapestries it is lined, with an acanthus border. It has a rod pocket for easy hanging – we provide tapestry hanging information with each order.
